JP80 CEMENT MORTAR SPRAYING MACHINE
JP80 is the application of modern technology, a kind of large-capacity mortar spraying machine, with pumping, bonding and spraying functions. With the characteristics of high conveying efficiency, long pumping distance and easy to pump large particles mortar, JP90 can be used for spraying pre-mixed mortar and field mixing mortar. It has the screw pump anti-wear control mechanism and it has the function of separating the rotor and the stator directly on machine, adjusting the displacement, remote controlling and overall pressure controlling. The use of one-piece screw pump stator can improve wear resistance.
It applies to conveying and spraying all kinds of plastering mortar, insulation mortar, bonded mortar, fiber mortar, facing mortar, interface mortar, floor mortar, fire mortar, refractory mortar, self-leveling mortar, masonry mortar, reinforced mortar, fill mortar and pouring mortar.
